These facilities range from eleven hotels to eight hotel apartments, five rest houses, two camps, one hundred seventy three guesthouses, forty eight green lodges, and two heritage lodges. The region’s tourism infrastructure is dominated by Barka, which boasts one hundred eighty two of these establishments, followed by Musannah with thirty four, Rustaq with twenty two, Nakhal with ten, and Wadi al Maawil with one.
